Listening and speaking have different requirements
Check the selected character for voice-message and call controls. These audio actions can use tokens even while your text subscription is active.
Read the displayed price before starting. Microphone permission allows voice input for an offered feature; it cannot add a call format that the character does not support.
Trace a sound problem in order
- Check device volume and whether the browser tab is muted.
- Confirm the speaker, headphones or Bluetooth output.
- Try another available audio item to isolate one result from an account-wide issue.
- For a call or voice input, inspect microphone permission and the selected input device.
- Record the device, browser and error if the problem continues.
Use permissions only for the chosen feature
Typing does not require microphone access. Review an audio permission prompt in the context of a call or voice-input action you deliberately selected.
Roulette is a separate AI video-match format; Candy Cam and Live Action are other visual modes. Do not apply their controls or metering to an ordinary audio message.
