Candy AI Live Action access and interactions
Live Action offers an interactive visual experience with selected AI characters. Its controls belong to that mode, not to every profile or every standard chat.

Check the character before the plan
Open Live Action on mobile with a Premium account and a character that offers the mode. Other profiles can support text chat without this visual option.
Look at the available control on the device you intend to use. Some actions require tokens in addition to plan access.
Interact with the scene provided
Use the actions shown in the mode. A visual response is not a call to a human performer, and a realistic identity does not change the AI nature of the scene.
Live Action, Candy Cams and Roulette have different interfaces. A similar-looking moving image does not mean the same controls, timing or token rules apply.
Separate a failed action from an unavailable feature
For a missing option, check account access, the character and device. For an action that was charged but failed, record its name and approximate time before repeating it.
Generating a downloadable clip is another workflow. Use the video creator or an eligible conversion control when that is your goal.
Common questions
Why does one Candy AI profile have Live Action and another does not?
The mode is offered on selected characters. Text-chat availability does not guarantee every profile has Live Action.
Does Live Action need Premium on mobile?
Yes. Use a Premium account on mobile and choose a character offering Live Action. Check any additional requirement for the action you select.
Are all Live Action interactions included without tokens?
No. Some interactions require tokens in addition to Premium access. Read the amount shown before choosing an action.
Is a Live Action scene a personal video call?
No. It is an AI character experience, not a live call to a human performer or the person associated with an authorized likeness.
