Use the reference attached to the transaction
An EverAI statement entry can be matched to a receipt by amount, currency and date. Open the account used for that purchase rather than assuming a new login owns the same allowance.
For an unwanted future renewal, use cancellation. For a past charge, request review with the transaction reference. Check a pending purchase before trying again, and redact unrelated payment information in a support message.
