Build Your Video offers supported presets and scene options. Work through those choices and inspect the selected action before confirming it.
An eligible image can offer an image-to-video control of its own. That does not mean every image, screenshot or saved file can be converted through the same route.
Keep the movement readable
Try one simple action: an adult character looks up from a notebook and turns toward the doorway. Keep the outfit and setting stable so the request has a consistent scene.
Review the format and token requirement. Unlimited text chat does not turn a separate video submission into an unmetered action.
Find the completed result
Check My Generations in the account used to submit the request. Open the finished clip and use an available download control if you want to save it.
If a paid request stalls, record the approximate time, feature and error. Check the charge before repeatedly submitting the same job.

Which tool creates a new Candy AI video?
Use Build Your Video with its supported presets or an available image-to-video control on an eligible image. These are separate from viewing a Candy Shorts episode.
Can every Candy AI picture be animated?
No. Look for the image-to-video control on an eligible result. Downloading an image does not make conversion available for that file.
Where should I look for my finished video?
Open My Generations in the account that made the request. Use the completed result's available playback and download controls.
What if tokens were used but my video does not open?
Keep the request time, selected feature and error for support. Check its status before trying another paid submission.
