Candy AI vs Kindroid: memory and character settings
For a long-running character, the useful question is which controls help you maintain the identity and history. Look at those controls before comparing portraits or account balances.

Different ways to establish context
Our profiles and Create My AI establish a companion, while the conversation supplies the scene. Eligible plans add memory and cloned-chat features.
Kindroid separates backstory, key memories, example messages, journals and conversation context. Those fields do different jobs, so test how a detail is retained rather than counting the field labels.
A reset does not mean the same thing everywhere
Our Reset Chat starts the context afresh. Clone Chat makes another continuation from an existing history when the plan includes it.
Kindroid's chat-break controls reset chat context without equating that action to deleting every persistent memory field. Review the selected control before changing a character you want to keep.
Preview, trial and continuing access
Kindroid offers a bounded new-account preview and a separate premium-trial route under its conditions. It should not be described as unlimited continuing free Lite access. We also provide a limited free introduction.
Kindroid has native iOS and Android apps alongside the web. Our installation route is a browser-based home-screen web app. Compare the actual device, media allowance and renewal for continued use.
Common questions
How does Kindroid character setup differ from Create My AI?
Kindroid uses fields including backstory and key memories, with journals for recall. Our builder establishes the profile through its appearance, personality and greeting choices.
Does a chat break remove every Kindroid memory field?
No. Persistent fields and chat context are distinct. Compare that control with our reset and clone options rather than assuming equal effects.
Can I treat Kindroid preview access as permanently free chat?
No. Its new-account preview is bounded, and its premium trial has separate conditions. Check the access you are actually starting.
Which product has native mobile downloads?
Kindroid offers native phone apps and web access. Our described mobile installation is the browser-based web app added to a home screen.
