How to cancel a Candy AI subscription
Open My Profile, then Settings and the subscription details. Choose Unsubscribe and complete the confirmation. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your current paid term continues until its end.

- Sign in with the subscribed account's original login method.
- Open My Profile, then Settings.
- Find the subscription details and choose Unsubscribe.
- Finish the confirmation and check the updated renewal status.
Check the result rather than stopping halfway
A confirmation screen can be part of the process. Review the final status so you know whether renewal was turned off. Keep a record if you later need the change reviewed.
If you cannot reach the account, include its email, sign-in method and receipt reference when contacting support. Do not assume that another empty account controls the same purchase.
Cancellation is a different action from a refund
Cancellation concerns future renewal. A refund request concerns a charge already made and must be reviewed separately. Account deletion concerns access and retained account information.
Removing a home-screen entry or clearing browser cookies does not unsubscribe you. Use the subscription controls before treating a recurring payment as stopped.

Where is the Candy AI Unsubscribe control?
Look in the subscription details under My Profile and Settings on the account that holds the plan. Complete the confirmation, then inspect the renewal status.
Does cancelling Candy AI automatically refund my payment?
No. Stopping renewal does not by itself reverse a completed transaction. Use the refund-request process for that payment.
Can I cancel by deleting the mobile shortcut?
No. A shortcut only opens the web app. The recurring purchase is managed inside the subscribed account.
What if the subscription is not visible after signing in?
Check the account and original provider against the receipt. A second login can have different purchases; ask support to identify the charge if the account still does not match.
Is there a way to pause Candy AI billing?
Our current subscription controls do not offer a pause. Use Unsubscribe to stop renewal, then review the available purchase terms if you decide to subscribe again later.
