How to delete your Candy AI account
Deleting an account is more than signing out. Check the history you want to keep and the subscription you want to stop before choosing the permanent account action.

Prepare before removing access
Save eligible downloaded media or information you need while the account is accessible. Do not assume that a deleted conversation can later be recovered by creating the same character.
Manage renewal separately. A deletion request is not a substitute for checking that the recurring subscription has been cancelled.
Find the deletion control
- Open the account you intend to remove.
- Go to the account settings and locate Danger Zone.
- Choose Delete Account and read the confirmation.
- Proceed only when you understand the effect on account access and history.
Personal-data requests and retained records
Account deletion does not mean every record is instantly erased. Information may need to be retained for legal, accounting or dispute-handling reasons.
For a specific privacy request, contact support with the account email and the data action you want reviewed. Verification may be necessary; do not post identity material publicly.

Where do I request deletion of my Candy AI account?

Will signing up again bring back a deleted chat?
No. A new account or recreated character is not a restoration mechanism for permanently deleted conversation history.
Is account deletion identical to stopping renewal?
No. Review the subscription cancellation controls separately so you know what happened to recurring billing.
Can records remain after the account is deleted?
Yes. Applicable retention obligations can require some legal or transaction records to be kept. Ask a specific privacy question rather than assuming immediate erasure of every record.
Can I delete my Candy AI account from a phone?
Use the account settings in the mobile browser, locate Danger Zone and review Delete Account. It is the account action, not removal of the home-screen icon.
